I don't wish to step on anyone's toes here, but might it not be a good idea to continue the flights on the scheduled days of the week, and times, providing that any members who turn up on the day, and can be seen on the servers site, are willing to continue with the flights....!
Our Jared, the organiser of the US tours, often advises that he cannot be present on the day of the tour, but the tour continues nevertheless with whatever members turn up on the day.
I think most of us are all to eager to carry out the flights on a regular basis, and are disappointed when they are delayed or deferred to another date, or time...
