also another suggestion....when i started offering my services to paint aircraft i was bombarded with new VA's looking to get a fleet up in the air but after you put hours of work into the fleet u find out they have no members and have shut down...try to be careful about the VA's and have a set of requirements before you undertake a VA's fleet.
