The easiest (and most common) way is to just create a form on your website.

i think he wants it to add hours and other stuff like that automatically so it doesnt have to be done manually, i could do one but thats only if i have the extra time
Still have a nice PC but I just switched to a hella nice mac

If that's what he's looking to do, I'd recommend the VA Administrator by Ray Porteous.  All kinds of goodies for a reasonable price.
