Well they are there to stop cars going into the pedestrian zone or where buses are only surposed to go... so it seves them right for trying to sneak through..

Shouldn't have been there ....... the only drawback was that the front seat occupants were wearing seatbelts and the airbags deployed therefore the genepool is still contaminated.  :D :D :-/ :-/

Man, that's looking awful! The suv has children in them, all of people inside feel their heads... not wearing seatbelts? The last van, more of the same... the guy cracks up the windshield! I'm sorry, I don't find them that amusing...

However the first one is funny! Plonk... you'll need some bodywork and possibly some engineparts...  ;D
