Lancair Legacy Turboprop Package

Has anyone had an issue with the Lancair Legacy Turboprop Package by Robert Christopher?  I've downloaded but when I try to access the zip file I get a windows error that the zip file is invalid.  I've tried downloading multiple times, clearing IE cache, etc.

Thanks for any suggestions.
