My signature Picture fails to show

My signature Picture has changed and when I try to modify it, says "this site is not available" & "you do not have permission"

My pic volpar9.jpg is 16.7 KB.

I used "upload images", and tried with / without the img bits.   http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/volpar9.jpg

It is accepted in this post.

Where do I go wrong?          luke

Take a look down this forum a bit. Due to the growth of the forums, it can't handle the load. Try when not a lot of people are on.

Somebody needs to do some work on this cause i cant even upload an av to this. 2 tries failed to even get a response fronm the server.  :(

Is that why you linked your avatar 61695? I've removed the offending linked image (it does state clearly in the sign-up page that you mustn't do this) 'cos it was slowing the forum down nicely! Thanks for wasting my time
Luke I've removed your over-sized avatar for about the 4th or 5th time now. Please put one in that is 10kb or under. I'm getting seriously annoyed with having to sort this out because you are too lazy/selfish to obey the forum rules!
