Can't download with Premier Membership (Solved)

Hi, I just got the premier membership a few days ago, I was downloading with it yesterday and boom!! today I cant, I get the "The page cannot be displayed" message. The only way I can download something is not being logged in with the premier membership . I havent done anything to my computer like updating stuff, I dont have Zone Alarm or any third party firewall installed. I hope this is a momentary problem.
