Heck! Thats great! I searched for 1)a lunar module to somehow do a touchdown on tranquility base (fail!- no idea how i would have done it anyway!) 2) a command module to do a 'splashdown' (fail - not that i could find anyway!) and 3)a decent space shuttle. (fail) where'd you find that?

I went with the usual airliner shot but i guess i should have searched harder! Top shot that is indeed! 8-)

Thanks! Yea, I decided to do it a little different this time around. Ive had the shuttle for a while now.... just had to find the NASA T-38 to complete the shot. Got the shuttle right here at simv in the fsx misc section, and the T-38 at avsim. Would have liked a little more background scenery, but realistically... theres not much to see in the middle of a dry lake bed!

I agree!

I was waiting for someone to do one with the shuttle piggy back on a 747, but this shot is very good ;)

FM, thanks for the compliment on my shot.

Didn't really feel like entering this time, but I felt I had nothing to lose, so:

Maybe she's trying to read what the sign says...

Does a splashdown count as well?

Good luck picking the winner, I've seen some excellent shots...
