The aircraft is an Su-33, from the Su-35 Leading EXtension pack made by Dr. John van Kampen aka 'Yahia al Wajid' using Yosuke Ube's Su-27 model.  The texture/colour scheme is from the UKMIL Flankers texture pack.  It is of Strigon 3, 9th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Estovakian Air Force, from Ace Combat 6.  They are the enemy Ace Squadron of the game.

All of this is from www.simviation.com!  All you have to do is search for 'Flanker' and download the Su-25 LEX and its updates, and then the UKMIL Flankers texture pack.
