CC-138 Twin Otter

Postby Sean_TK » Mon Nov 03, 2008 10:46 pm

Some quick shots while enjoying Eric Dantes' de Havilland DHC-6 "Twin Otter", know as the "CC-138" aircraft designation when flying with the Canadian Forces.
1024 width so you may need to side scroll to see the full shot.

Great shine on that bird! 8-) Does it have 'weathered' textures? Kinda looks like it in the third shot. First one is just awsome! 8-)

Lovely shots! I always love seeing these birds at Comox!!
Heh, it always makes me chuckle whenever someone says that it's 1024 pixels wide so you might have to side scroll :P My monitor is 1900 pixels wide :P

Cheers!

Thanks for the comments.

Shane, it does have some slight weathering effects throughout the fuselage, but nothing major. It also has a subtle shadow from the wings and elevators painted on, which you also may be seeing.

Expect more Twin Otter shots soon, including some with skis and floats. I'm enjoying these birds.
