New Computer

Postby BlackAce » Tue Jan 17, 2012 7:51 pm

Hi,
As my Birthday is coming up, I want a new computer, but WHAT type of computer.  Im currently running a 2006 Dell with a Dual Pentium and a Navitia G9500.  I want something that can run FSX AND my Dad's Radio software?  so any suggestions?

My 2005 Dell Dimension 5000 Tower, with a Pentium P4 2.8 GHz Dual Core Processor, a n-Vidia GF 9500GT 1 GB PCIe Graphics Card, 320 Watt PSU, with 2GB Memory, and a couple of SATA HDD's, will run my FS 2004 flat-out, smoothly, with everything maxed...>>>

...A very Happy Bunny!.. [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]..!

My copy of FSX is mostly unplayable...>>>

...Total Misery!... ::)...!

There is a morale there somewhere?.. ;)... ;D...!

Paul... 8-)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

I'd always build one myself, you can customise it to exactly what you want. This is why my quad-core beast is simply an amazing rig 8-)
