Pedal problems

I have an issue that I've never had before. Over the past couple years I've used the pedals from my Logitech Formula Force GP racing controller as rudder pedals in FS9 and FSX. A few months ago I had to rebuild my system and now for some reason my pedals are reversed (left is right and right is left). The controller settings in the game has a "reverse" check box but when I select it to reverse the left-right it doesn't stay set.

Has anyone else gone through this?

Well, I've tried all kinds of things. But to no avail, until I set the Null Zone to full, then they worked right. Never had to go through all those settings and stuff before.
