Some hardware and what aircraft?

Today I have ArianeDesign 737 and I like to buy some hardware to the plane but what can I choose to it?
I have look at OpenCockpits:
EFIS
MCP
Multiradio
Or just:
VRIsight MCP Combo
What will work with the aircraft or must I choose another hardware/aircraft if I want use such cockpits hardware?
