New Rig for FSX

Hello all,

I am experiencing low frame rate with FSX Acceleration and hope to get some suggestions to get the high frame rate at the highest FSX Display settings possible. Only have one mod installed: Ultimate Traffic 2.

Scenario 1:
With FSX display settings at approximately 50% (see screenshots), getting average frame rate is 7-16fps. All the bars set to the middle or low in the Scenery tab and unchecked Land Detail textures. RAM is at 71%. Core 1 is 97%-100%, 2 3 and 4 jumps from 0-90%. The closer I get to Midway or O

Have you tuned Win7 and FSX per NickN's advice?
