I'm getting the same CPU... what's your budget?

I just went through the same question and NNNG was very helpful...

If you have the time... Take a quick run through this thread

They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.

Sabertooth is not good choice if you want a second graphics card as it has room issues the cards will be very very close together too close for my liking. Go for the Asus Maximus range this a lot better board.

I would go for OCZ than Ripjaw it's alot faster in evey way.

1000w psu no point at all save your money

2x 1TB HDD for fsx? one is plenty save your money unless you have loads of films to download.

Good luck let us know what you get ;)

Well I would like to get the extra hard drive space because I also do a lot of auto cad and photo shop

I don't need an OS I already have purchased that.

Is the single monitor better than two?

I was thinking maybe getting a GTX 460 or a second GTX 470 later on to run a 17 or 19" LCD for my GPS, coms, etc.

What would the second DVD burner be for?

Wait a few days and get GTX 560 IMHO. 25th or 26th it comes out.

I would go for OCZ than Ripjaw it's alot faster in evey way.

Depends on what individual memory you're getting. I am unaware of any OCZ memory that runs at 1.6v or less that is required for Sandy Bridge based processors and given OCZ is leaving the memory business it looks like there won't ever be. The two fastest 1600mhz Ripjaws X-series have timings of 6-8-6-24 for 4*2gb or 7-8-7-24 for 2*4gb.

tl;dr, no stay with G.skill.

1000w psu no point at all save your money

Agreed, grab a Corsair HX-650, AX-750, or NZXT HALE 90 series PSU.

I wanted 2x 4gb so I could possibly expand later and the psu is $20 more than the 750w and has a blue led fan lol

Also I have about a third of the money I need so it will be a month or two
