X52 going bad?

Had this Saitek X52 for over a year and a half - been good, now it's being bad; paticularly in the Y (elevator) axis.

Don't know if you remember, but I had some problems with mine and thought there was a short in the cord or connection. Turns out, I just needed to reload the driver off the disc. I'm still not satisfied with it and the lights flicker if I turn them off. But when it works right, it's great. Anyway, try reloading the driver and see if that helps.

I'm still not satisfied with it and the lights flicker if I turn them off. But when it works right, it's great. Anyway, try reloading the driver and see if that helps.

Reloaded from the disk and am now in a quandary.
