I have a game that I love called Zoo Tycoon 2 and for some strange reason it will not run on my current computer because I have 6Gb of RAM and it will not recognize that much. My question is that if I remove half of my RAM so that I will have three gigs and I can play ZT2 will that harm my comp and will there be any performance decrease?

I looked at it a little more and I can just remove 2Gb so I'll have four.
