I've had an external hard drive for over a year now, and whenever I plugged it into my computer it came up as drive F. Now, out of nowhere, it has started coming up as drive G. This totally messes up all of the paths on the hard drive, since they have always been F:\........, now it would all have to be changed to G:\...................

Is there a way to make the drive always appear as drive F? It is in the same USB port it has always been in.

Thanks. I got it figured out already (with enough trial and error), but I'll save those in case it happens again.
