Poor guy, hope he gets his money back.  :-/ To think that some people would return a product like this back shocks me.

Ouch, that really sucks for him. Couldn't image if that happened to me, or someone and it was their first time upgrading/building a computer. Would probably make em scared to do it again.

Wow, I hope Newegg really follow that up.
I'd be so devastated and would probably give up on self building.

Makes me wonder about the video card I'm having so much trouble with, and the power supply that I bought from them, and the ram, and external HD....

In all fairness, the vid card problems are driver issues and we knew that before making the purchase. There is nothing wrong with any of the hardware. And I would buy from Newegg again, but I might wait until they resolved this issue.
