Performance question

I got a laptop recently it's a gateway with a intel core 2 duo clocked at 2.20 ghz with 4gb 3 DDR a 500GB hard drive with a 17.3 inch monitor that is set at 16:9 but fsx is sorta a little lagging on non default planes. Can some on tell me how to fix it.

What video card you have?That might be the issue.Also what progs are running?

Well the graphics card is a intel graphic accelerator the laptop is a gateway nv7802u check at bestbuy in gaming $599
