The other day I decided to do a little house cleaning in my computer. My CPU temps were getting rather high and my fan speeds were starting to slow so I Took the cover off and blew out and sucked out all the dust. I also put a small drop of light-weight oil on the fan motor. I put it back together and turned it on. Fan speed was back to where it should be and the CPU temp was good...however, I notice my graphic card (Gforce 8500GT) temp shooting up past 105

oddly enough I dont think my NVIDIA 9800GSO cards have a temp monitor feature, although I have my own custom designed thing so if the GPU, CPU, RAM or sound card (not too worried about the sound card since it doesnt get pushed as hard) start getting over the 75 mark it kicks in and begins active monitering and then as soon as 100 hits it forces the system to close any open program (save if possible) if not able to close the programs or save it will auto hibernate the system to attempt to get it back under controll...though its kinda buggy so I don't use it much nor do I keep it hooked up...:( (im the type of person who perferrs to build things to solve my issues if I can)

and what would I really need to determine if my GSO (9800?) have the temp monitor, I looked on the disks that came with them and installed the crap they had packaged on the CDs but cant find any kind of monitoring program for temp...its kinda frustrating...unless Im supposed to download some other program?
