Control Yoke Advice

I am currently doing all my flying with a hash of controllers.

Saitek X52 with Saitek Pedals for primary flight control.  For make-shift panels am using a Nostromo n52, a FangPad and a new Logitech pad.  The pads work very well, especially since I obtained a label maker and have labeled the different buttons.

My question regards the centering feature on the x52.  Do sim yokes auto-center when you release them as the x52 does?

Thanks,

The Bad Penny Inquires.

Let me amplify the question.

Do sim yokes like the Saitek one recenter or do they maintain their deflection until one centers them again?  The reason is that sometimes I would like to relax the pressure on the "stick" while in a turn or climb and not have the thing tend to move back to center.

I hope I've made myself clear.

I don't have X52, but AV8R, Mine recenters but I like that time coming out of a bank to check the gauges and make adjustments.  :)

The one yoke I ever had (CH Products) did re-center by it self. Don't know about the Saitek yoke but if it is the same build quality as the Saitek X-52 I think it would.

Crash ;)

PS. The CH Products yoke broke 3 times in one year. I've thrown it in the garbage bin after the last time...
