Which defrag program to use?

Is O&O still the recommended software for defragging and, if so, which version?

Get the latest version of O&O Defrag.  Its still the best.  I have version 11.  Don't plan to upgrade to 12 as Nick says he doesn't see any difference in performance.

v11 or v8.6
