Upgrading CPU

Okay looking to upgrade CPU and MOBO what I have:
Nvidia NV7-135R

Before anything your MB its an ABIT NV7-133R (no 135R found)
With all respect i guess is time to upgrade ALL YOUR HARDWARE. :o

I dont know how much you want to spend but, here are some options to diferent budgets:

Funny thing is Video card is only 2 months old bought it at Best Buy
