Opencockpits and Goflight??

I want to buy a mcp module. after I search, I found Goflight MCP in several web-stores and Opencockpits MCP in youtube videoclips.
both simulate 738 mcp. I totally confused, am I right ? there are two companies, Opencockpits and Goflight ? and, both of them make 738 MCP module?
if yes, anybody can illuminate me, any difference between them? which is better ?
and much more important, can I use different brand modules together?at the same time in FSX? such as Goflight MSP, saitek Nav/Com panel and saitek pro flight switch panel
