It appears that I'm stuck with my present system for a while..

I'm running a 8500GT@512 now, what suggestions do you guys have about upgrading to a better card, that will work for my system.

P4HT @ 3.4Ghz

I'm not sure about the power, probably about 350 or so watts....not enough?

I know I'm pushing the limits using an older system, but I can get a better VC through a friend for not too much cash...

Your help is appreciated!


 

You wont notice a performance increase over that card as your CPU will be the bottleneck and limit the whole system's ability. Also 350 watts wont be enough to run anything more powerful than what you have.

I thought as much....oh well, I'll limp along for a while longer...

I'm getting "not too bad" results, even with the iFly747, my favorite, with sliders pretty well to the right.
