Im looking for a video card, better than the one i have. My budget in not big, around $130 to $150.
What do you advise, my actual specs, are down.i wanted to run FS9 without problems, and have adds and planes.

Your system won't really take a better graphics card. The limiting factor is the PSU, it wont have enough juice to power anything larger than what you have. Also you'll hit a bottle neck in the CPU. It is great if you have a fantastic graphics card, but it will be limited by how fast the CPU is. I would possibly look at something like a 9600 or 8600

I am using a lowly Socket A, AMD 2600+ Thoroughbred Processor running at 2.1 GHz, together with a nVidia 7800 GS 256 MB, AGP, Graphics Card, 2.3 GB of DDR Ram, a 700 Watt PSU, all contained in an old fashioned? Desktop Case...(for easy access)...

...and do you know what?... ;)...

...my trusty FS 2004 (FS9) runs "smoothly", (locked at 20 FPS for Multiplayer), with all my sliders and settings set to the Max... :)...!

I call it; "The Power Of FS9".... [smiley=thumbsup.gif]...!

Meanwhile, my cool cans Fosters Special Brew, rest happily on my FSX Disks...;)...!

Paul...G-BPLF...FS 2004...FS Navigator...and daily, problem-free flights around the World!.. :)...!

...so much joy!... :-*...!

That's a pretty darn good video-card. To get much use out af a better card than a 7950, you're going to need a whole new computer.

Sit tight, save your $$ for a complete upgrade.. Do it all at once.  :)

Id keep the one youve got for now. Tweak your settings. But like what someone else said, its better to save your cash and go for a complete upgrade. Otherwise you'll more than likely make complications for yourself.

;) Have Fun.
