If you are considering the P5Q, then look at the P5Q Pro, a better board IMHO, though it may cost slightly more, I believe it's worth it.
For a start, the heatsink system on the P5Q pro is much better and there are other subtle differences that make the Pro a better choice, despite it's slightly higher pricepoint.
I've been using that P5Q Pro in a few of my system builds and can recommend it as a decent board.
However, I'd like to see an E8400 cpu minimum on that board, as I've been fitting them with. In warm/hot/overclocking environments, a third party cpu cooler is also desirable. The Intel coolers are barely adequate, and certainly not good enough for high overclocks in warm rooms.
