Problem with 8800gtx(Nvidia power Sentinel )

Hi all, I apollogize if this is posted in the wrong forum, but I could not find anything related using search function of forum

I am really frustrated with this Nvidia Power system Sentinel 'thing popping up in my windows xp-logon,
