From what I know the 8800 GTX will only supoport 3 way SLI no more. With the 9800 GX2 2 cards would be the same as 4 8800.


Octo cores sounds really good but will software manufacturers make any software that will use all 8 cores? ;) You only need a good Quad to get around as of currently.

Don't waste your money on that idea, best to look at other types of upgrades.

I know next to nothing about computers, too, but I don't think 4X 8800s can be run in ATX cases. There ain't enough slots for 'em...
