How r u all..there is a problem with my sound card...MSI nforce 4 Realtek Built in 7.1 Sound card...green jack is giving very minimal sound ...it was working before..and now its gone...tried to reinstall or upgrade the driver but nothing happens...other jacks are working fine.... is it possible with any software to convert the blue (line in) jack to Line-Out....means blue work as green jack...please help....i m not enjoying games any more due to sound issue...and i dont have money now to purchase a different sound card...thanks....please give me the software name by which i can change the jack setting....

No idea about any software which can reprogram your card, but have you tried different speakers/headphones? As well as possibly removing and resitting the card in its PCI slot and even possibly cleaning the jack itself? Dust may have gathered and blocked contact. Just a few suggestions.

thanks for the suggestion mousy..i will try it and then inform you..but as i told it is a built in card and speaker works fine with another PC. it is a problem with green jack even the headphones are not working.
