my joystick messes me up while taxing

ive been using this joystick for like 2 years and a constant big problem with it is that i can never have a smooth taxi it will sway left and right including when i takeoff and land, the plane just moves left and right and can never center.any1 can give me some suggestions??

               NO i dont have money to buy rudder petals!
                          I just want a quick fix.

Question...

Does your Joystick have "twist" function to operate the Rudder (and nose wheel)?

If you can only use it for controlling the Alerons to "steer" left and right, you will have that problem!... ...!

Null zone. INCREASE the null zone for the rudder axis and see if that helps.

This should only need doing once. I've had my present joystick for almost 10 years & used it on at least 3 different computers. I can't remember the last time I calibrated it.

and yes it does have the twist function but thats the problem since both turning and twisting taxi the plane whenever i twist the aileron turn kickes in and turns it to much.

Sounds like you have Auto-rudder enabled. Go to FS Settings & disable it.

I use a Siatek ST290 PRO cheapie twist with the laptop & all my flying machines behave whilst taking off  ::)  I've even got Auto-rudder enabled.

thx disabling auto rudder fixed most of the problem and now maybe lessen the sensitivity and it should be perfect

BTW  do u guys know a way to post screenshots cuz when i load them to this server it doesnt allow .bmp and i dont how to change it to the proper format??
