Pro Flight Yoke Problem

I recently got the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System for my birthday. It has worked fine, functioned great. However, I just went to do some flying with it and the throttle quadrant would not work. The power light was not lit, and not buttons were working. Yes it was plugged in to the yoke itself which was recieving power from my computer and w functioning fine. I got out of the sim and went to the Saitek Test Screen which confirmed that the yoke was working properly, but the throttle was not recieving power. Now the thing is brand new. Just got it on the 6th of this month. I checked to make sure there was no dust in the connections. I made sure it was connected good, nothing worked. I even held the connection in, and still nothing. Any ideas, suggestions, anything? Thanks.

1.Do you have a bunch of usb devices plugged into the PC or 2. a non-powered USB hub?

1. Try unplugging a few USB devices

2. If your hub isnt powered connect the Yoke directly to the PC

Or if all else fails download the latest drivers for the yoke.....

If nothing works it might be RMA time

The joystic is connected directly into a port on my laptop and the throttle is plugged into the yoke port. I tried connecting my X52 into one of the 3 USB ports on the control yoke and that didn't get any power either, so it's not the throttle. I have determined that something has happened inside the yoke. It worked perfectly for a while, but now nothing is working in any of the 3 USBs, whatever kind of connection the throttle is, and I'm not sure about the headset port, but I'm sure that doesn't work either. I tried unplugging my printer connection and everything else I could spare. That did nothing. What is RMA time?

RMA time means that it is time to send it in for repair.  RMA is Return Material Authorization and this is referred to as an RMA number.  It is a number/code that companies supply to customers to return material for repair or to get their money refunded.

I got an X52 Pro earlier this year and the MFD never worked, sent it back to Amazon and got my money refunded.  Actually I am glad that it was defective, after I got it I decided that it was way to big and I did not like having the throttle separate from the joy stick, just my personal preference.

Problem found, fixed:

It was in the plug from the throttle that goes into the yoke. It is supposed to, and now does, look like this:

However, one of the little connectors was bent so two were going into one hole:

All I had to do was bend it back into place. Not sure how this could happen. Little sister perhaps?

Oh and the USB plugs work fine, I guess I wasn't being patient enough with the thing.

Edit: Wow those came up alot bigger than they were in Powerpoint!
