I have a Saitek AV8R joystick which is fine for flying most piston engined aircraft. When I try jet fighters the slightest movement of the stick seems to result in full control surface deflection. I have tried adjusting sensitivities and deadzones but still a slight bank becomes an aileron roll. Apart from my switching from props to jets as my mood takes me so not getting fully conversant with the characteristics of each type is there any tweak I am missing on my joystick?
