Is that a high-end card? Maybe the software will not support it, and so it goes to the highest one that it will support. I don't know; I'm just a noob at all this...
My system: AMD Phenom 9500 cpu, 2 x eVGA e-GeForce 8800GTS Superclocked vidcards (640Mb DDR3 each), Zalman "sunflower" 9700 fan, Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 mobo, 4Gb G.Skill PC2-6400 DDR2 800Mhz RAM, 2 x Sony 20X DVD writers, Thermaltake Toughpower 8

It's like others have said: FS9 won't retain the 'ultra-high' setting - at least, nothing I can do will set mine beyond 'high'.

the 7150 sound like an integrated card on the motherboard. If you want any kind of decent performance, I recommend buying a real graphics card. You can get a nvidia 7600 or newer and do pretty well.
Intel Core i7 930 @ 4.085 GHz
6GB DDR3 1600 MHz @ 8-8-8-24
EVGA Superclocked GTX570
EVGA X58 SLI LE Motherboard
Corsair TX950W PSU
Coolermaster HAF X
Custom Watercooling
