Erm, PSU installation question

When I install a new PSU, do I have to remove the RAM & PCI cards before removing the old and installing the new? I know that sometimes, like whenever you replace RAM you have to take out the PCI cards...

No, all you have to do is unplug the power connectors from all your devices before removing your old power supply and then reconnect them once you have the new one installed. Just make sure everything is off and unplugged while you uninstall/install.
