Sorry Lads,

I realize you must all get pretty bored of these kind of threads, so here's a picture of a bunny with a pancake on its head:

However, now for the boring part.

I've been perusing this system: Clicky and wondered what all you lovely people thought about it  :-*

For the interests of the Jury, I would be going for the 4GB of RAM, and Vista Home Basic.

I also need a new SCREEEEN. However, that will depend on how the paycheck turns out this month (pick a number between

Get Home Premium.

I'm out of the loop so I cannot make any more suggestions, maybe look at the Radeon 4850 / 4870 series?

I'm running the e8400 with a single 8800gt with the evga 750i ftw.

With just the one card I can run crysis on all high (xp), with 4xAA @ 1280x960. And i'm usually getting around 30fps, sometimes just above 40, and sometimes around 20. Either way it runs it very smooth.

Unless you have extra money to spend for bigger and badder, you should be very happy with that machine.

Hmmm,

Cheers for the Input so far  :D

Pengy, I would look at possibly another graphics card, if I wasn't so lazy! And would build the system myself  :-[

To Burner; I would rather not get Vista atall!

Ha ha, but, needs must, and I feel the technology wagon is slowly moving on, leaving XP in the dust (seeing as XP and Vista cost the same, OEM, what's the point anyway!)
