I know it might be a strange question, but what do you think its best for fs9?
I have seen so many things, so i really wanted to know your opinion.
Just me thinking, but  pc work much faster with Windows 2000, so please give me your opinions and experiences.
Many Thanks

DirectX support isnt that good in Win2K... as it was never built for it.

But the largest problem you'll run into with Win2K is lack of LBA48 support. It doesnt take HDs over the 128GB barrier

The older one probably would run faster as it would have been built for lower requirements and thus you could run it better on your perhaps more modern and better specs.

XP SP3? I hear many a folk talking about problems with it... so I would choose SP2 over it for now... but for visual and other reasons (some are above) I would choose XP over 2k

Though I would also choose Vista over anything else Windows  ;)
