I'm not sure which my system uses...

Is there a way to tell without opening it up?

When I go to various sites to update my RAM, it only gives me 1 x 2GB's, but somewhere, I'm sure I've seen I got 2 x 1GB.

Can anyone gimme an easy solution to shed some light on this?

I wanna update the RAM, and just found some cheap Kingston of the type I need, but I wanna be sure before I go ahead and buy anything.

Do you know how many GB of RAM you have?
If you know that you can then look at how many sticks of RAM and then the math should be easy.

If you don't want to open your case physically (which you'll have to do anyway if you want to upgrade) and look, then download this..

http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

It will tell you all you need to know  ;)
