any who i have a laptop and had FSX it ran so so even with a 2.6ghz core 2 duo and the 8600m GT. but being that i have a 17" 1920x1200 display the card couldn't really keep up. but at the lower resolutions it did half way decent. on vista it was even worse! so vista lasted about 6 days before i went back to XP
but i'm back to FS9 and can run that with maxed out settings at 1920x1200

Posted: Fri Apr 25, 2008 9:30 pmI have a nice wood rolltop desk in my room, so it will not fit a desktop. Plus, with a laptop I can sit somewhere else when I am doing other things.
