Posted: Fri Mar 21, 2008 3:38 pmI got that error even though I have an 8800GT 512mb and 3 gbs of ram and lots of HD space. Fixed it by simply right clicking on the FSX.EXE, and clicking run as admin.

It sounds to me like you are either missing a Vista update, a BIOS setting for 64bit PCIe memory mapping, or, the video drivers you are using have a memory leak

Posted: Sat Mar 22, 2008 11:02 amI had the same problem. I have vista 64bit 4 gigs. There is a hotfix if you type the error into google you can find where to get it. I think it also comes down with windows update.
