Just bought the first part in my build.

eVGA 8800GTS g92 512mb.

Newegg had a sale going for 50$ off so I went ahead and bought it.  Now there's a possibility of getting the rest on Monday!! I'm so excited!!

Nice...nice.


My first part of my build is getting the case, Antec 900. Paid by money order so I will recive it on Friday or Saturday of next week.

What is the rest of your build like? Specs?

Looks like a pretty good system when you are finished.

Of the hardware topic a bit but how did you decide to go for Vista 64x.

That looks just like my system except for the 4GB of ram and the OS. I've only got 2GB, and I run Vista Ultimate 32-bit. Newegg has some great deals on the EVGA cards.  I got my EVGA 8800GTS 512 for $289 with a $30 rebate, and that was the first week of february.

You will really love it, I know I love mine.

Well, at work we have Vista and I just love it. I have been using windows since about 95 so I can deal with the error messages.  I chose the x64 because I want more than 3gigs of ram.  

I guess, in the end it's new, I've never had problems with it and I want a change.

Yah no problem. Honestly I'm no expert but I do work with and around computers some of the time. You might want to see what Nick or Ctjoyce have to say about it...
