Should i get one or two ram sticks to equal 1 gig.

I'm looking for best with heat/cooling and price

Do you have Dual Channel or single mobo? And what do you have know.

Do you have Dual Channel or single mobo? And what do you have know.

Oh yes i have a duel channel, and i have currently have a 256mb RAM.

And i thinks it SDDDR2 ram or just DDR ;)
