Put new graphics card in by myself?

I'm only a novice.
The only thing i'm worried about in the installation of the card it's self :-/

I know how to install drivers( their all on disk).

Well do you have an old computer that you don't care about or use, laying around? If so take it a part and note where things go or just take note of where the graphics card goes. If not I would ask your parents, they may know more than you think about things like this.

Graphics cards are EASY! Uninstall the existing graphics drivers. Okay remove the side panel, the top slot just under the PSU (that is the big metal box) should be the graphics card, on the left side there'll be a clip or screw holding it in place, release this. Now disconnect any cables running from the card to elsewhere in the machine (not all GPUs have this).
Now gently pull the card out (it might need a little bit of wiggling). Now reverse the process when putting in the new card. If it has cables then refer to the manual as to where to connect what.
Put the side panel on and fire up your rig. Install the new drivers and away you go ;)

I put a new graphics card in after my old one failed, it so easy i could probbly do it with my eyes closed, if you have a laptop or something you could find a tutorial on the internet and have it up while you are doing it..although you will probably only need to glance at it because its dead easy
