Reinstalled nhancer-how to handle profiles
Posted: Sun Jan 20, 2008 12:08 amI just got a 8800 GTS 512 mb video card, G92 chip. First uninstalled nhancer, drivers, ran Driver Sweeper. Then installed new card and 169.21 release driver. I reinstalled nhancer and it still recognizes my duplicated FSX profile. It also seemed to retain the modified profile I created earlier, according to the guide.
I wanted to start over so I deleted the deactivated profile, uninstalled nhancer, re-installed nhancer, and re-duplicated the FSX profile. I then followed the guide again and set everything. Here's the thing:
There is no longer an option for 8xS supersampling for antialiasing. Only a "4x4" option. And I couldn't check in gamma correction (in the global menu it is checked and greyed out).
Is everything in order here? Is nhancer working properly?
