Graphics Cards, Sound Cards, Joysticks, Computers, etc. Ask or advise here!

My CFS Europe with Sidewinder Precision 2 will not control any of the aircraft while using Vista. All other functions work: Sound,Graphics etc...The Sidewinder is fine with all other CFS and FS2004......What tweaks should I make to CFS to get Sidewinder up to speed???
