Are there any potential problems with using the 3gb switch in the OS and enabling Large Address Support in applications on a system with 2Gb of physical RAM?
but there is also no reason to do it unless you are seeing out of memory issues. Doing so is not going to make FSX run any better. Phil Taylor says there can be 'some' advantages for 2GB systems but I never saw any.
And by the way, SP2 or Acceleration altready has the 2GB marker in the fsx.exe file
