X52 Pro Profile

I know this has been asked a million times, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. Can someone share their profile or point me in the right direction of downloading a good X52 Pro Profile for FSX? I've been looking all over the net and have yet to find one to download. I've seen a few for other sim games, but none for Flight Simulator, especially FSX.

I've been using the profile from Saitek, but it is not that great to me. I know that each profile is a personal preference, but I'm looking for a good base and if I have to make a few changes, then I will.

Thanks for the help

can't you just set up the buttons like you would for a normal joystick?

Yes I made my own. You can even go to Controls in the options menu and go to buttons/key commands. If you want to say set a parking brake to a button, just hit assign new keycommand for the parking brake and press the button on the joystick.

Yea, you can make your own, but I was just looking to download one that someone/others thought was a really good one, or at least a base to customize their own.  The one on Saitek's site, is very limited with only a few buttons.

heres my x52 profile for both FS2004 and FSX, the buttons used for the controls and what they do can be seen in the saitek profile editor, as far as i know all the commands i have used use the default keyboard controls, if you dont use the keyboard controls though its easy enough to change what buttons do what, if nothing else this should act as a base for the controls you want assigned to it :)

Link to my X52 profile: http://www.filecloud.com/files/file.php ... _id=654863

I think thats everything that you need to use that profile, if theres something missing or it doesnt work feel free to post back here or pm me :)

p.s. i got the standard x52 although i think it should still work ok
pps. as standard these files are located in you C: Program Files\Saitek\Software folder

Thanks wealthysoup.  I'll take a look at it tonight and make any adjustments if needed.  I'll just use yours as a base to start with.  Thanks again.
