hep to boot my PC

in trying to remember how I used to overclock my PC, instead of setting "Memlock value" to 166, I set 166 in "Adjust PCI-E Frequency" and it won't boot up.

What is the proceedure to reset the default values please.

Thanx,

I shut it down in disgust & went for pi, on return it rebooted, so went in setup & corected my stuupidity, BUT.... when I select Restart it hungs, so I may have to clear cmos as you said.
