Hello all. Hope your holidays are going well so far.
Do you think I should upgrade from a 7950GT to an 8800GT superclocked?
Is it worth the money?
How much of a difference will it make?
Specs down in my signature.

You will get about a 20~30% performance gain over the 7950, but remember that you are also getting DX10 abilities with the 8800. My answer, yes make the switch.

I went from a 7950 GX2 to a 8800 GTS and it made a world of difference.

Thanks guys. I got the Q6700 and it made a difference, but not as much as I thought it would. Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on an 8800GT superclocked by mid-end of january.
BTW, should I get an 8800GTS 640MB or an 8800GT superclocked?
Here is the superclocked, compare the speeds of the GTS and the GT superclocked.

Core clock has so little to do with it tis not even funny. The 8800GT will out preform the 8800GTS hands down due to its core structure. So go with the 8800GT.
